(For Supporting School Education Of Children Living In Slums)
Agewell Foundation has been conducting Agewell Squalor to Scholar Project with the objective to support school education of children belonging to poor families living in slum clusters of Faridabad in the state of Haryana with support from Squalor to Scholar Inc., USA. The project is being implemented in India since the year 2017.
Under the project, the Foundation is supporting expenses like school fees, uniforms, books and stationery, tuition, transportation expenses, medicines, etc. of children from disadvantaged families. The program is being monitored and coordinated by experienced and retired older persons and dedicated volunteers. Under the project, 200+ children are being supported every year.
